The ambiance at Boutique Castillo Ines Maria truly captured the essence of Cartagena. The location allowed for easy access to the historic center within a short walking distance. Each morning, breakfast featured a delightful array of fresh juices and local dishes, served in a cozy courtyard. I loved the staff's attention to detail, especially Marisimo's warm welcome, making me feel at home. The beautiful architecture and nicely decorated rooms added to the charm. However, I faced a challenge with inconsistent hot water in the shower. This disrupted what could have been a truly perfect stay. Despite this, the peaceful vibe and kindness of the staff made the experience worthwhile.

The staff was amazing really went above and beyond for us. We loved that the hotel had this quiet little kitchen we could use to whip up some snacks which was unexpected but welcome. The hammocks were a perfect spot to relax and the pool at night was beautifully lit, made the whole experience magical.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but considering the service and experience it felt acceptable.
